negotiating, managing projects, and value engineering; Denny Collins has
an extensive background in financial and legal management as relates to
the construction industry; and Jerry Collins sports a spotless reputation
for personnel and project management and enjoys a wonderful working relationship
with employees, General Contractors, and owners.

East, with the main area of concentration in South Carolina, North Carolina
